Gyratory Crusher
Gyratory Crusher consists of a vibrating grinder conical shaped bowl in a larger cone. Angles cones arranged so that extensive canal decreases as it approaches the work surface. Collider consists of a coat which is free to rotate on its axis. Driven by an eccentric shaft bearings which are below. Crusher circular geometry gives the desired small sharp angle in the horizontal direction. Sharp angle in the vertical direction is less desirable because it limits the bait acceptance. Sharp vertical angle is determined by the shape of the mantle and bowl liner, like jaw crusher.
• Gyratory crusher operated continuously
• high crushing capacity compared Jaw crusher (600-6000 tons / hr)
• More than Jaw crusher selected if the capacity is more than 900 tons / hr
• Easy to operate
• Power consumption is lower than the Jaw crusher
• Power requirements are affected: bait size, hardness ore, the amount of material in the feed undersized.
• Operates most efficiently at full load
Gyratory crusher wide
• Primary Crusher
• Secondary Crusher
• Cone crusher
Primary crusher
• Having a steep cone angle and a small reduction ratio
• Able to receive feedback directly from the truck or railcar
• Crusher driven mechanically or hydraulically

Secondary crusher
Secondary crusher has a wider cone angle, this allows a more refined product spread over a larger area of the canal and also cause wear in the wider area. The most severe wear occurs in the crushing zone. Fine particles will be at the bottom of the crusher
• Having a wide cone angle
• For a smooth material destruction
• Can be operated in open circuit or closed circuit
• Performance is declining due to: the sticky material in the feed, excessive moisture content and feed an unequal distribution
